In 2003, Boustead Projects pioneered the design-build-lease or integrated development approach in Singapore, offering a hybrid methodology in which we assume dual roles as developer-owner and design-and-build partner for clients. Our real estate solutions overcome the constraints of clients pursuing an asset light strategy but who still require custom-built smart eco-sustainable business park and industrial developments by delivering developments leased back to clients under long-term lease agreements. Under our real estate solutions, we conduct feasibility studies, land sourcing, development planning and financing. Additionally, we also provide asset management and facilities management services.

Our real estate solutions are backed by strong engineering and construction expertise in our design-and-build business, our leadership and track record in delivering smart eco-sustainable developments and deployment of integrated digital delivery including 7D building information modelling (BIM) and virtual design and construction across the entire development value chain: from planning and conceptualisation, design and construction, to the use of 7D BIM to create intelligent building management systems to cover the entirety of a building’s multi-decade lifecycle.
