    No use of “Boustead Projects”, “Boustead Development Partnership” or “351 ON BRADDELL” shall be permitted except with the Landlord’s prior written consent. The user further agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, regardless of the user’s place of domicile, habitual residence or nationality, and the user shall not make objections to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts on the basis of inconvenient forum or other such legal principle.
